Job Summary

  • Senior Digital Banking Business Officer is responsible to Develop a proposal for digital banking products and services. perform assessment of the current digital banking products and services.
  • Provide a full range of professional and general support for the bank Agent, Merchant, Fintechs and customers.
  • Identify business/improvement opportunities area for reengineering to ensure delivery of efficient and high quality service to customers.
  • Prepare agreements to be used between the bank, agent, merchant and fintech.
  • Negotiate with new agents, corporate merchants, fintech and clients as well as revised contracts with the existing fintech or vendors when necessary and assist with any related task requested needed or assigned.

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounting or related fields with 4 years of experience in Digital Banking.
