Job Description


Job Summary

We’re looking for a foam factory manager for Miyona Foam Manufacturing, which is the sister, company of Royal Business Group, to lead Miyona Foam production workers. That will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, including supervising leaders and employees, monitoring the production process, and enforcing the implementation of safety regulations. In addition, ensure that the factory is running efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead all production and other supportive and administrative departments.
  • Coordinate and lead the sales and marketing teams to reach maximum market share.
  • Evaluate all the production team and subordinates and also request the company management team for salary increments, promotions, demotions, and transfers.
  • Ensure that each department is producing products of the highest possible quality and quantity.
  • Prepare and determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
  • Adapt and implement a time schedule for machine cleaning, maintenance, and purchasing of basic equipment, etc.
  • Maintain constant communication through weekly and monthly meetings with the supervisor and all employees.
  • Update the document and all the current events that have been observed in the manufacturing industry environment.
  • Responsible for conducting training and supervising the day-to-day production activities of the organization.
  • The responsibility to evaluate the production cost frequently includes estimating the effective minimum manufacturing cost.
  • Oversees the physical operation of a factory facility division or a workshop within a factory.
  • Ensure that all employees and subcontractors strictly follow the SOP of all safety protocols.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise factory operations while adhering to all safety, performance, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure production and safety goals are achieved.
  • Direct and ensure all production, quality control, and quality assurance processes are implemented to promote productivity, product quality, and company reputation.
  • Manage and motivate employees to ensure the job is accomplished efficiently.
  • Oversee all production decisions, including production and quality control-related staffing, scheduling, and materials.
  • Conduct facility and equipment audits, and inspect product and process quality.
  • Make regular trips to the factory to oversee production, track performance, and solve problems.
  • Maintain electronic records of all material, production, inventory, and labour to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and supervise all warehouse and shipping operations.
  • Execute other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualification : MSC or BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Management or other related discipline from recognized university

Work Experience : Experience 5+ or 8+ years’ in Plant/ Factory Manager Position in similar industry.

  • Computer skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, English language proficiency.
