It is legally registered and operates in Ethiopia, Djibouti and Kenya having over 7,000 permanent and temporary employees including highly experienced staff from different areas of specialization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
• · Conduct training, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement, aiming to create a safe and compliant workplace environment.
• · Prepare check list and follow the implementation of safety assurance measures
• · Prepare required materials and equipment for safe working conditions
• · Plan, organize and lead the safety officers
• · Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports
• · Prepare accident reporting mechanism/ procedure
• · Report accidents immediately on the occurrence of it

Job Requirements

• · BSC in Civil /COTM or related fields
• · 8 years and above in building construction
• · 4 years and above as safety manager
