Responsibilities

• Informs repair technicians of time allowances on each repair order.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
• Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
• Ensures that the work areas are kept clean.
• Ensures the proper care, storage and inventory of special tools.
• Estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
• Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
• Handles complaints immediately.
• Maintains safe work environment.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned by immediate manager.

Job Requirements

Qualification : Level 4 /diploma in Auto mechanics and Grade 5 Driving License

Experience : 5years Experience

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
