Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to management and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs to managers and employees on employment law and HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR, with a focus on employment law and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
