Essential Function

• Performs valuation of buildings for collateral, project finance and foreclosure ;
• Prepares specifications, bill of quantity for buildings;
• Carries out site visits to assigned building projects;
• Participates in the appraisal and follow up of projects;
• Assists in the supervision and contract administration activities of projects launched by the Bank;
• Compiles data and prepares project appraisal or follow up reports;
• Assists in renovation and office layout works;
• Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.
• Performs other engineering related duties as required

Job Requirement

• BSc in Degree in civil engineering, construction technology and management and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking industry
