Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement : B.A/MA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Management or related fields of study.

Experience Requirement : 5/3 years of experience in relevant fields of which 2 years as Human Capital officer or equivalent role in the Banking industry.

Competencies Required

• Technical experience in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
• Knowledge of best and current HR practices and approaches.
• Knowledge and understanding of appropriate employment branding and marketing tools, methods and approaches; and ability to measure effectiveness and reach.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within a Bank.
• Proficient in the use of social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, CV databases and interview techniques
• Good Communication Skill
