Essential Function

• Supporting the Marketing Division Manager in day to day marketing activities;
• Preparing, planning and projecting managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
• Creating marketing campaigns, ads for TV and radio
• Work closely with the company’s external production Agent, Marketing and Advertising Company to ensure execution of activities.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing planning.
• Planning and project managing marketing events;
• Evaluates marketing events success and present reports in written to the department director.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity to ensure successful outcomes, timely completion and budget goals, and provide a written report on monthly basis to Department Manager;
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme;
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
• Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities

Job Requirement

BA/MBA/MA Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position
