Job Description


Key responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, coordinating and lead the activities of the Finance Department; ensure proper management of assets of the association and the preparation of financial reports.
  • Prepares bank reconciliation statement, payroll reconciliation, payable and receivable schedules for approval on monthly basis.
  • Maintain employee personal files and records in an organized manner and prepare timely HR reports as required;
  • Updating the information of the members of the association and monitoring and payment of monthly contributions to make it happen.
  • Finding sources of income for the association and submitting proposals to the officers for approval and Login to the application

Job Requirement

Qualification ፡ BA in Accounting or Business Administration and related fields

Experience:  Minimum 2 years Experience working as a project accountant in NGO  and familiar with Government  rules and regulations
