Qualification ፡ B.A Degree in Management, HRM, Public Administration or any other related fields

Relevant Experience and Required Skills: 8 years out of which 4 years on Supervisory Position. Ability to speak Affan Oromo is advantageous  for the language is spoken by the community of project area
