Role and responsibilities on the project

• Monitor, manage and evaluate the financial status of the project.
• Prepare the quarterly and final financial reports and submitting them to the concerned body
• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with internal annual audit preparations.
• Perform other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
• Coordinate the payment of the per-diem for participants of the consultation and sensitization workshops, as scheduled.

Job Requirement

Minimum Qualification:

• BA and above in Finance or Accounting from recognized university. Should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience with sufficient Knowledge and proven skills of using financial computer system software & programs.
• At least 1 year experience with grant and contracts management, financial analysis, or grant compliance.
• Experience of working with NGO and relevant experience with donor funded projects is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of tax laws.
• Very Good financial analysis skills.
• Very Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Very good organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision

Remark: This expert should have spent their time in office for at least three days in a week
