Job Requirement

Education Qualification:- Masters or/Bachelors degree in Construction Technology and Management. Civil Engineering, or other related field

Experience: 6/8 years and above out of which at least 2/4 years experience in a similr position as operations manager in civil works

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven and good effective communication skill among team members
  • Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job
  • Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm and develop system to follow up on time delivery.
  • Ability to work and carry out projects within a stipulated time frame and budget
  • Ability to work under stressed situation
  • Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents
  • Ability to multitask and strategize in different situations
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skill
  • Ability to help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects
  • Willingness to travel and Oversee construction projects execution
