Job Description


Basic Functions

Perform sales and customer service activities; ensure that customer friendly environment and

systems are put in place; assess the quality, prepare and submit periodic reports.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinated sales activities;
  • Put in place customer friendly and customer-focused environment and system to
  • establish company image and stimulate customer purchases;
  • Ensures that company services and facilities are marketed per company rules and to the
  • satisfaction of customers;
  • Identify and analyze sales opportunities to fulfill the company’s objectives;
  • Ensure customers are well treated and their inquiries addressed;
  • Maintain accurate records;
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures;
  • Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization and its suppliers and
  • customers;
  • Perform other special assignments that may be given from time to time by immediate
  • supervisor.

Job Requirement

Education Level: Degree

Type:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Management
  • A minimum BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or another related field of studies from a recognized college/University.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of proven marketing/sales working experience preferably in import & Export business areas.

Knowledge, skill, and ability

  • Thorough knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of communication and public relations techniques
  • Ability to conduct sales analysis
  • Ability to organize and direct a variety of activities
  • Ability to forecast trends
  • Good commercial understanding
