Responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer/Biomedical Engineer:

• Responsible to conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Responsible for after-sales service.
• Responsible for Installation, test, calibration, commission, and training of customer
• Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment ahead of time
• Prepare clear reports regularly on activities performed, customer issues, after-sales issues etc.
• Communicate supplier for any technical support required
• Provide technical support to the sales department and prepare compliance sheet for both direct and tender sales.
• A good eye for customer issues and able to develop customer database
• Brief customers on a site visit, on sales , on showroom and on delivery etc
• Follow sold equipment status (operational, down, and idle equipment).
• Prepare pro-forma invoices with clear product specifications to customers.
• Good attention to detail, creative and technical competent.
• Communication and team-working skills. empathize with customers and own staff
• Self-motivated, planed and well organized, analytical skills

Others

• Support store manager and other staffs for proper equipment handling including transporting, packaging & inventory handling, etc.
• Responsible for delivering products to customers in different regions, including product loading, unloading, packaging, etc.,
• Other complementary activities to be notified by HR.

Job Requirement

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer/Biomedical Engineer

Experience: Minimum Four years and above with relevant working experience in the medical equipment maintenance and repair area and competent computer skills. (for  Biomedical engineer or mechanical engineer),
