AHADA, a non Governmental Organization and its naming stands for “African Humanitarian Aid and Development Agency”. AHADA was founded in 2001 and has been registered & licensed by the agency by the year 2003 as an Ethiopian Residents Charity in accordance with the Ethiopian Charities and societies proclamation number of 621/2009. African Humanitarian Aid and Development Agency (AHADA) is currently situated its Logistics operation offices in three major locations namely Addis Ababa, Dollo Ado(Somali region) and Gambela.

Job Requirement

Minimum qualification

• Masters /BA Degree in project management or related fields
• Proven ability on project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent knowledge of performance management evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis ,reporting and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skill
• Having problem solving ability
•  Having excellent written and oral communication skill
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and provide technical backstop for expression of interest ,proposal and concept not development for new and prospective project and programs opportunities
• Proven ability on detailed strategic planning and management with strong execution capacity
• Capacity to search potential donors and ability to plan and oversea fundraising activity.
• Proven Ability to handle workloads and to work under pressure

Work experience: A minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience in program director or direct related position
