Job Description


Job Purpose

To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its customers, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience; of which one year as Credit relationship officer

Grade: X

Place of Work : Jimma and Hawassa  District
