As our Assisting in the creation of the pipeline as a commercial manager to ensure that it is matched with Sales capacity and capabilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure adequate support for all field Sales teams e.g. Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and reporting of the Sales performance.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to shape the Sales function to support the company’s overall sales and commercial goals.
  • Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs
  • Establish key commercial KPIs and execution criteria against which all sales teams will be judged.
  • Structure incentive schemes for salespeople to incorporate a benefit for meeting their Sales Targets.
  • Monitoring the progress and overall sales performances of the Company’s Retail Outlets

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Management
  • At least 10 years’ experience in fields related with sales, operations, innovation and commercialization, and business development areas preferably in FMCG.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (other presentation software a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines by being incredibly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
