Job Description


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • undertake administrative activities
  • represent the general manager in meetings and issues of relevance
  • coordinate the overall activities of the office of the general manager
  • monitor incoming emails and answers promptly or forward to those concerned as required
  • fax, scan and copy documents
  • maintain office filing and storage systems
  • update and maintain internal staff contact lists
  • organize travel arrangements for staff
  • co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings

Job Requirement

Education : Bachelor’s degree & above  in Management, Business Administration, Project planning and management , Secretarial Science & other related fields.

Experience :

  • 3 or more years of experience
  • College /University  experience is preferable

Skills :-  organization and planning skills

  • work management and prioritizing skills
  • verbal and written communication skills
  • skills in using msoffice
  • problem solving ability
  •  integrity, honesty.
  •  teamwork, flexibility,
