Job Summary

The purpose of the job is to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure; to study prices of construction materials; to prepare specifications for major maintenance; to prepare office layouts for banking branches and building construction works and supervision of the work; to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken.

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational Qualification: BSc. in Civil Engineering and construction management or in related fields.

Minimum Work Experience 2 years relevant experience.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge on bank collateral/ property valuation
• Computer application skill (MS and AutoCAD)
• Excellent interpersonal Skill
• Good Communication Skill
• Good report writing and presentation skill etc.
