Job Description


Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible for managing, directing, supervising and evaluating the contact center workflow. S/he oversees the training of new personnel and ensures professional relations exist with customers and reporting and informational needs are met

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Salary & Benefits : As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
