Rule & Responsibilities

• Perform Production & Technical planning & control the factory;
• Evaluate Labor, Machinery & Material Efficiency utilization;
• Check the fulfillment of production & sales against the plan & propose the appropriate measure;
• Prepare progress report of the factory;
• Coordinate & lead the preparation of business, strategic plan and action plan of the company;
• Participate in system development, project and market study;

Job Requirement

Educational Background : BA in Social Science, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, Process engineering, or related field;

Work Experience and Skill 

• Five years out of which two Years & above on Senior Planning & Monitoring Position;
• strong analytical skills;
• proficiency in Microsoft excel & access application;
• experience with data collection, data organized, data integrate, data analysis, data summarizing;
• good & specific reporting system analysis;
• willingness to be based in production area;
