Job Description


Job Summary

The job holder will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account opening and related transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management,  Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and Development Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Business Management & Auditing, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Communication & Computer Engineering streams only).

Only graduates of 2021 & 2022 are invited to apply, with CGPA of 2.5 and above and applicants are advised to use the option Fresh Graduate while creating their e-mail address.

Skills Requirement : Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Age not exceeding 27 years.

Electrical Engineering graduates are requested to identify their field of streams.
