Job Description


Job Summary

Is responsible for the overall customer service function of  the company and for ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, smooth and hassle free, end to- end and one shop service. Be able to work cross functionally to assist and Support the customer in all their dealings and enquiry with the company and respond to and /or the customer promptly

Job Requirement

  • MBA/BA degree in Marketing, Management & Economics / BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architect is advantageous
  • Relevant experience in customer service for a total   10-12 years from which 5-6 years management level preferable in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
  • Energy, passion & enthusiasm
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure/Resilience
  • Being presentable
  • English language fluency
  • Good working Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Power Point, Excel etc…
  • Customers & People management skills.
  • Result orientation & drive for action.
  • Team work skills
  • Knowledge of the CRM is (an advantageous)
  •  Knowledge of and Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost- benefit etc.)

  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
