Education and Experience Requirements፡ B.A/BSC in Accounting, Business management, Finance and Accounting and Finance or related  Relevant fields with 9 years or M.A/MBA/MSC in Accounting, Business management, Finance and Accounting  or related relevant fields field 7 years working experience in micro finance  nstitution, out of which (3) three years in a senior leadership Position directly accountable to the Operation departmental manager.

Language proficiency: English, Amharic and Afan Oromo language communication is required.
