Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment of business departments, use various effective recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs, and establish a corresponding talent pool according to the actual situation of each position;
- Support the Ethiopian product technical operation business team, gain an in-depth understanding of the business situation and the operation of the local team, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department;
- According to the situation of the business team, design the personnel growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and follow up the implementation;
- Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools, and provide comprehensive solutions for the business team, including human resources work such as recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations;
- Promote the construction of company culture in Ethiopia and the rapid development of business.
Job Requirements:
- Uniformly recruit bachelor degree or above, about 1- 3 years of human resources work experience; Fresh graduate in Human Resources are encouraged to applu
- Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance, etc.;
- Familiar with the use of Excel office software, basic formulas and data pivoting and other operating functions are required;
- Familiar with local human resource policies, laws and regulations in Ethiopia;
- Self-driven, strong thinking, serious and responsible, with affinity, can bear greater work pressure, and can adapt to the rapid development of the company’s work rhythm.
