Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategy aligned with the Bank’s business strategy.
• Lead the development, implementation and follow-up of IT governance framework, IT programs, standards, IT enterprise architecture, and frameworks.
• Lead the establishment of and adherence to IT service quality standards and ensure that functional units are supplied with the required IT support.
• Lead the development of mutually advantageous and sustainable relationship with IT service and solution providers.
• Lead Cyber security development program and follow-up its implementation.
• Lead the IT risk assessment process and mitigation activities in line with corporate risk management frameworks.
• Lead the development of data analytics models and support the business and the executive leadership team with proper information supply.
• Lead the digital transformation initiatives and programs to fulfill the strategy of the Bank on digital Banking services.
• Lead the digitalization effort in the strategy implementation of the Bank to ensure automation of Internal Business processes.
• Lead the Development of IT Capability framework and follow-up its implementation.
• Lead IT Service uptime standards and measure its effectiveness for further improvement.
• Ensure all concerned organs are supplied with the right and timely information based on the acceptable level of Authentication and Authorization.
• Ensure that IT project management capacity is enhanced to deliver projects per schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
• Ensure interfaces and third party integration is done based on IT policy and Cyber security policy

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience:

• BA or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• A minimum of 10 years work experience in Information Technology related field, of which a minimum of 4 years shall be as department manager or equivalent level.
• Knowledge of Oracle Core Banking solution is desirable.
• Banking Experience is preferable
