Job Purpose:

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the e Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers instituting continues improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Qualification Required & Experience:

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance with Four (4)/Six (6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be at Supervisory Level, particularity as Customer Service Supervisor
