Summary
We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter Technical to join our HR department.
Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting good candidates for technology positions. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates and ensure we attract the best professionals.

- Write, edit, and review job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Analyze skills and qualifications of Software engineers and IT professionals for screening.
- Recruit senior-level executives and hire different professionals from overseas when necessary.
- Interview candidates along with the recruitment team by combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings and lead all sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and recruitment outsourcing vendors.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Increase the company’s visibility on LinkedIn to attract top talent and expand the referral network.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar field of study.
- At least four years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
