Job Description


Ningbo MH Industry Co. Ltd is the manufacturer and trading company from China, focusing in garments accessories for 22 years, main products including sewing thread, embroidery thread, zipper, ribbon, button, lace, interlining, fabric, etc.

MH has set up good relationships with many customers in Ethiopia for more than 12 years, right now MH only accept orders from customers, don’t have warehouse and ready stock in Ethiopia. To expand the business in Ethiopia market, here we need you, a motivated, self-starter sales representative who can work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Market investigation and developing potential customers
  • Develop new products
  • Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers
  • Team work with local and China colleagues
  • Report to the team leader in Ningbo, China

Requirements:

1. Basic requirements

Personality: well organized, open mind, proactive, full of responsibility, can work at high performance under high pressure.

Skills: skillfully using computers, proficiency in word, excel

Education: bachelor degree

Work experience: have sales or marketing work interest or experience, candidates have knowledge about garment accessories and fabric is preferred.

No bad reputation, no criminal recorder.

2. Specific requirements:

  • Have a good work habit and good work plan. Able to actively and consciously develop new products. It is necessary to have a preliminary estimate of the new product, whether it can be imported, and to have a detailed understanding of the market price of the new product, competitors and product market size.
  • Actively complete work tasks, complete the assigned tasks in time and provide feedback via email or other communication software on time.
  • Honest and reliable, good working attitude, good character, and a sense of collective honor.
  • Adapt to the environment and have excellent communication skills.
  • For target potential customers, can classify according to relevant standards, such as product category, customer purchasing ability, etc. Be good at searching new potential customer, and do good for follow-up work.
  • It is necessary to make a report daily, weekly, monthly, and communicate with colleagues at local and China as a team.
