Job Description


JOB SUMMARY

The Secretary is responsible to provide full secretarial support service to the Manager and their work units depending upon work size.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:- Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.

Experience: – 3 years of relevant work experience

Essential requirement: –

  • Competence in MS Office and Publisher
  • Competency Requirements for all positions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill,
  • High coordination skill & proactive personality
  • Detail orientation & analytical skill
  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice and personal development.

Duty Station: – Head Office.
