Job Description


JOB SUMMARY

The senior secretary is responsible to plan, organize, direct, manage, execute and implement the overall secretarial activities of the office of Finance & Investment Dep’t. His / her responsibilities and duties may include preparing documents, keeping files and performing communications activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: – Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields of studies.

Experience: – 5 years of relevant work experience

Essential requirement: – Competence in MS Office and Publisher

Duty Station: – Head Office.
