Duties and responsibilities:

Capacity building

• Supervise health care providers
• Develop Training Manuals for the health care providers
• onitor health care providers on periodical terms through physically visitations
• Monitoring of service standards of medical and nursing care using quality scorecards.
• Enhance the capacity of health care providers on performing procedures, full capacity building and maintaining quality service
• Provide health tips for the health care providers and capacity building materials based on the patient cases
• Interact with the health care providers on the telegram group by creating group discussions and medical cases.
• Work on the training and trainer manual that the organization is preparing to get approved.
• Participate on the training of the health care providers
• Grade health care providers exam and interview them

Maintain quality service

• Sustain the quality of service
• Create strategized ways to increase quality of service
• Supervising the service and always keep a check list for necessary materials and equipment’s on bed side
• Supervising the health care providers on the service that they provide
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly reports

Assessing patient condition

• Make full assessment of patients before proceeding to providing the service
• Patient visitation and assessment once in two weeks for stable patient but multiple visitations when necessary.
• Prepare care order for the health care providers
• Review care order based on the progress of the patient
• Maintain and assure the patient and health professionals once staring medicine
• Consulting with patient doctor on patient case

Other duties

• Prepare health tip for community and report weekly
• Develop different training manuals
• Prepare report regarding patient and care provider weekly
• Prepared procedure tips for health care provider weekly
• Work closely with all staffs especially with the health providers
• Additional activities assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

• Have a GP license
• 6 Months working experience

Salary

• Gross Salary – 8,000Birr
• Transportation 1,500Birr
• Card allowance 200 Birr
