Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Perform valuation of buildings
  • Prepare specifications, bill of quantity for buildings
  • Participates in the appraisal and follow up of projects
  • Compiles data and prepares project appraisal or follow up reports
  • Assists in renovation and office layout works
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT

B.Sc. Degree in civil engineering, construction technology and management and other related fields with 4-6 months of experience in Banking industry.
