Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The purpose of the job is to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure; to study prices of construction materials;
  • to prepare specifications for major maintenance;
  • to prepare office layouts for banking branches and building construction works and supervision of the work;
  • to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and construction management or in related fields.

Minimum Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge on bank collateral/ property valuation
  • Computer application skill (MS and AutoCAD)
  • Excellent interpersonal Skill
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Good report writing and presentation skill etc.
