Job Description


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience when using the Bank services.
  • Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company’s services, and finding out about new services they want the company to offer
  • Receive customer service inquiries and respond to customer service inquiries
  • Promote company’s product and services
  • Identify needs/wants of customers
  • Make available product brochures for customers
  • Collaborate with the respective team to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered

JOB REQUIREMENT

BA in Marketing, Marketing Management, Management and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Junior Customer service officer or equivalent position.
