Job Description


Place of Work: Addis Ababa

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Plan and Execute Training Programs;
  • Analyzing competency gaps across employee categories and Departments;
  • Developing /Updating the bank’s training curriculum to support critical employee competency development;
  • prepare the yearly training plan to support competency development initiatives across employee categories;
  • Prepare database for Local and International Vendors.
  • Implement Training programmes effectively & efficiently.
  • Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as Talent Development Officer or related experience.
