ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Capture Curriculums of the Bank;
• Coordinate training programs
• Conduct training evaluation
• Take attendance of training participants and maintain database
• Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 1 year of related experience in the Banking Industry.
