Job Description


Place of Work: Addis Ababa

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Design and establishment of a rigorous employee Performance Management system framework for the bank;
  • Facilitate the line of sight; the objective setting process and the preparation of Operationalization document for all objectives across work units;
  • Support and advise the all departments in coordinating all performance management activities;
  • Work withwork units to set Goals& Targets;
  • Trains performance managers

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as PMS & Succession officer or related experience.
