Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and followup daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
  • Assist on different HR functions
  • Manage personnel files
  • Process annual leaves
  • Facilitate general office duties including copying, printing, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and letters
  • Record incoming and outgoing letters
  • Request office supplies

Requirements

  • One year work experience as an HR and admin assistant,
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Word (Amharic and English typing), and Excel
  • Ability to follow confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
