ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Compile procurement requests from departments, divisions and branches in different categories of goods/services;
• Collects material specification from user departments, and gets assistance from iT Department when the goods are electronics.
• Assures the items requested by user departments are budgeted;
• Assesses the market before conducting procurement;
• Organizes quotations and Performa invoices from different suppliers as per the demands of the Bank;
• Presents quotations and Performa invoices to the Senior procurement officer and to the procurement committee for action;
• Maintains records, collects necessary receipts on time, and sends to Finance & Accounts
• Department through store or directly attaching needful documents.
• Handles any other related tasks when required by her/his supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, banking and Finance, management, Business Management and any other relates fields with 4-6 months of experience in procurement and related fields, preferably in banking industry.
