Our client, a regional bank from the East Africa region, is inviting applications for the position of Head of Business Development.

The successful candidate will drive the day to day relationship with Banks and clients and shall report to the Country Representative along with indirect contact with the head office.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

•  Minimum of  7 years’ experience in Corporate Banking ,preferably in Trade finance or Credit.
• Well versed with Ethiopian Foreign Exchange regulation.
• Ability to structure major Trade finance products ( LCs, CAD, open accounts…)
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian imports and exports regulation.
• Experience in credit origination , assessment and monitoring will be an added advantage
• Ready to work continuously for the first 12 months.
• Very Dynamic and open to taking fresh challenges.
