Job Description


 –    Has the Ability to Manage the Sales and Marketing department.

–    Can Develop and lead sector business and marketing plans with a typical evaluation period of 3 months.

–   Has The Ability to Analyze the customer base across IE Networks to establish a common approach to retention and growth

–    Build on an already established network of contacts across IE Networks target sectors to bring opportunities into the business that can be converted to tenders

–   Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to the sales and marketing teams and ensure a robust client relationship management strategy/delivery.

–    Can Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position IE Networks with differentiated advantage.

–   Have the Ability to Organize and execute co-marketing  events with our key vendors to generate leads

–  Excellent communicator at all levels. Empathizes with user frustrations; capable of dealing with people in a calm, professional and effective manner.

–  Ability to produce excellent results working under intense pressure and late and over the weekends- Participate and support the Continuous Improvement initiatives in the support department.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales, Marketing Management or related field of study graduate with 5 up to 10 years related experience in a technology-oriented environment

Experience:

  • 5 up to 10 years related experience in a technology-oriented environment
