Zero Carbon construction is recruiting two Roadway Design Engineers with a background of Civil Engineering and road design, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Zero Carbon construction  is a growing team of professionals devoted to improving and enhancing the the quality of construction materials used in Construction, to allow Civil engineers to get to there absolute peek of creativity and to build quality projects. Working closely with leading academic and government institutions across the country.

Non essential Functions and Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in Amharic and English

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from ABET accredited engineering program
• 3-4 years of roadway design experience
• Engineer-in-Training certification

Preferred Experience

• Related experience in roadway design
• Open Roads Designer proficiency a plus
• Experience working with Addis Ababa city administration and local road construction clients at the regional level
• Professional Engineer certification
• Not required but a Big plus if speaking More National language and Chinese!
