Major responsibilities

The audit senior is responsible for discharging assigned jobs within the set budgeted time, Ability to conclusively resolve audit issues arising during audits.; Follows up on outstanding matters during and after the field work and addressing all queries raised by Senior, Manager and Partner clearly and satisfactorily,
He/she should be effective in team-work during the assignment and Proactivity and readiness to learn. He /she should demonstrate competency and proficiency in technical matters including sampling techniques, execution of detail testing and test of control.

Job Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills Required for
  • ACCA member or affiliate/ACCA finalist (advantageous);
  • A Minimum of BA degreed from reputable Institution in Accounting and Finance
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Proficiency with Micro-Soft-Excel
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible;
  • Prior Experience in a reputable firm is an advantage but not necessary if applicants have strong Accounting and Finance experience.
  • Result-and-profit-oriented, with the ability to balance other business considerations.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities; participative management style, advocate of team concept.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant working experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Audit function.
