Asella Flower Farm PLC is located on Wolliso with 16 hectares planted and a total land size of 22 hectares. The job posting for Warehouse supervisor will be at our Ethiopian farm in Wolliso, Obi Koji area.

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Area: Administration

Department: Warehouse

Reports to: Farm Administrator

Supervise: Warehouse Assistants

Tasks and work description

• Secure and control of the Warehouse
• Organize Warehouse according to code of practice, material, tools, fertilizer, and chemicals
• Ensure all AFF staff follows Warehouse Rules
• Register all items out on Storage Requisition Book or Store Issue Voucher
• Register all items in and out on BIN-cards and in Excel
• Collect Delivery Notes for all items in, return copies of all delivery notes to Addis Head Office
• Execute annual, monthly, and random stock counts
• Inform and report when items are missing
• Report monthly consumption- and -purchasing
• Report monthly stock ending balance
• Fill out purchasing requests and assist in follow-up of purchasing
• Check monthly order prepared by Farm Manager
• Keep registration of Farm Safety Material and advise Farm Manager when to place new orders
• Define minimum stock per item and report if stock is below minimum
• Supervise Warehouse Assistants

Qualifications/Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
