Job Description


Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Salary: As per the organization scale

Duty station: – duty station for the position is Addis Ababa.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Key duties and responsibilities of the Human Resource Officer.
• Responsible for the company’s entire recruitment process, and for interacting with all levels of managers concerning HR projects, policies, and operational decisions.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management
• Working with Finance and management team to set budgets,
• monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
• Interview and Hire Staff, Fire Employees, Advice Upper Management, Manage Employee Relations,
• Implement Performance Management processes
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
• Transactional HR excellence – effective back-office liaison, etc.

Qualifications/Skills

Required Educational level/Specialization:
MBA / BA Degree in Public Administration and Development Management (PADM), Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Management or related fields of study.

Experience:
BA with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or an MA degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
