Job Summary:

Plans organize and coordinate the overall sales activities in the region. Participate in setting sales targets at national level and leads sales target setting and sales execution of sales units in the region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans organize and coordinate the overall sales function of the designated sales region.
Takes part in setting sales target and formulate functional strategies to achieve them in accordance with the company’s business objectives and strategic directions,
Evaluate and analyze regional sales and services in comparison with compotators.
Continuously segment the outlets and the consumers in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy of the company.
Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience out of which two (2) years in similar supervisory or managerial position in FMCG industries or Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience of which two (2) years in similar supervisory or managerial position.
