Job Purpose:

to ensure the proper functioning and cost-effective use of all Factory building infrastructure, land, utilities, and non-production equipment, in order to create an effective and safe working environment in compliance with environmental standards through the managerial leadership of the Facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop the Factory Facilities operating plan and budget for facilities preventative maintenance, replacement, upgrade and inventory levels for machines and spare parts

·         Create daily work plans for the facilities team

·         Review facilities inspection reports and conduct random on-site audits to monitor the performance of the Facilities team

·         Resolve issues relating to the repair and maintenance of Factory infrastructure and non-production machines

·         Manage projects related to facilities upgrades and changes

·         Ensure environmental and safety compliance of the Factory

·         Provide managerial leadership to the Facilities team

·         Understand and live by the Company’s core values

·         Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself

Education:  Bachelor Degree, in Electrical Engineering

Experience:  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Managerial positions, in a manufacturing environment
