Position: Assistant Talent Acquisition & On Boarding Officer

Job Summary

• The job holder assists AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses assisting in the entire recruitment cycle; college /internship programs; the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will assist in the implementation of a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high-performing professionals.

Qualifications/Skills

• Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public and Administration
