Job Purpose:

Operate the machine, control the overall process and produce quality products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate the machine according to the machine (product) standard and carefully following the instruction and guidance given from the supervisor.
•  Understand and follow safe work practices
•  Read and understand work orders before starting the run
•  Troubleshoot and make adjustments on machines to resolve quality issues, and other issues cause excessive scrap or downtime
•  Able to run the machine at the standard speed consistently while still maintaining quality
•  Understand and achieve quality and productivity
•  Communicate quality and productivity issues to the supervisor
•  Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are being followed on a daily basis.
•  Complete daily production report to the concerned body.
•  Check the machine parameter/setting and take an adjustment measure when there is a problem.
•  Clean and oil to machinery and equipment.
•  Inspect quality of the product and report to the concerned body for further inspections and corrective measures.
•  Works as per the requirements of the Company’s FSMS.

Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering and related field of studies

• Experience is not required
